I have been storing my vehicles at Storex for over 10 years and I have always been afforded great service. Not everything has been plain sailing over this time, but the new management that came into effect around 2017 has proved a really positive change. We always work together to sort things out and I have been well looked after with my needs.

I would highly recommend them I used a container for my storage, there was no dust all my furniture kept perfectly and it was easy access. I was there a lot longer than anticipated and the staff were always helpful and friendly. Their pricing was very competitive and I would use them again if needed. Anita

Professional and courteous staff, with secure and clean shipping containers under a high roof, so protected from direct sunlight. We used one container and part of a shed for a car, both at the truck yard in South Dandenong. We extended our storage for several years and it remained good value. The site appeared to be quite secure, with an employee on site during business hours, secure fencing, cameras and floodlights. So we recommend the service.

In the almost 2yrs I had my life stored with Storex at Dandenong I could not fault them. The service from all the staff was excellent and I would recommended them without question. Unfortunately this can not be said for my last day and the removalist they recommended to me. It has taken me over 2mths to write this as every time I think of this day I get upset and then angry. Do not under any circumstance use this man. When I left him at Storex with my container I told him I would give him directions to my house as it was a new estate, he laughed and said it was okay, many hours later I get a phone call saying he is lost. In the end I had to go and find him and have him follow me. Not only was he very vague about how long it would take to deliver - which ended up being 13hrs for 1 full container - some of my goods were broken (he told me that was how he found them, yet that was not how they were when they went in), my CD player no longer works (this could be the fact that his offsider had put the box upside - I had written on it, fragile, stereo, this way up - and he also had put other boxes on top of it). His truck leaked so when it started to rain some of my goods got wet. Watching him and his offsider made me upset as it appeared to me they had no regard for my goods or any respect for me. The biggest insult was the amount he charged me. Storex I highly advise you not to recommended him to any one. If you do I advise that person to get everything in writing from him, from how long it will take to how much he will charge you and watch him load and unload your goods.

Storex was identified by the removal company that handled our move after selling our family home in Adelaide. I needed to store my data base in a Melbourne location so that I would have access to it in Melbourne. This stay with Storex lasted 16 months. I found the Storex personnel and facilities very friendly and highly professional. Consequently my five star rating of my experience with Storex.

The service was excellent, great customer service and good pricing. Nothing was any hassle (even though I had to keep moving my end date). Also came with some free boxes which was great.

I did a great deal of research on self storage prior to relocating overseas and there's no doubt that storex is the most competitive both in terms of price and functionality. Access to the facility and ease of movings goods in and out is great (and from my inspections of other facilities, this is not always the case). And the business is run superbly through an office manager that is always contactable and available for any queries.

We have had our furniture and personal goods stored at Storex Dandenong for the past 12 months and found it to be convenient with 24/7 access, it's secure and the containers are clean and airtight and the site is also clean, not muddy or dusty. The staff, Cassandra and Bryan were more than helpful and great to deal with. We would highly recommend Storex Dandenong and if required we would definitely use them again - it was a pleasure doing business with them. 👍😊

If you ever need anywhere to store you goods this is the place to consider. We were very happy to have chosen to use Storex. It was very convenient to get to our goods when we needed as they provide 24/7 access. The containers were well sealed as well, we had no worries about our furniture getting damaged. When we finally moved our goods out they looked just as good as when we had put them in. The staff were also very lovely and pleasant and we were very happy with the service we received.

I would highly recommend Storex for all of your storage requirements. The rates are very reasonable compared with others in the area and being able to access your unit 24/7 was very useful. We stored vehicles and trailers at Storex for 3 years. Cassandra and the other team members where extremely helpful. The area is under security 24/7 and entry is only by a pin pad which monitors who comes and goes which is what we were looking for. I highly recommend the Storex facility for your storage needs.

I am happy I chose Storex to store my household stuff. They are friendly, helpful and I received prompt replies to all my queries. The containers are clean,secure and airtight. On collecting I found everything was as I had left them. I was very impressed, considering their rates are so reasonable. I had easy access to my goods 24/7 and never had any problems from day one. I will definitely be using Storex again in the future and I wholly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and easy way to store their precious items. It's not often that one finds a trustworthy company a few kilometers from home - Storex is the exception. In February 2013, I enquired with the owners on the best method of obtaining self-storage and associate requirements, I was directed to speak to Cassandra. I intended to rent 1x 20 foot container and when I enquired about the requirements in order to secure the service, I was informed that 'just a lock and credit-card details' was required in order to start, a fair cry away from the mountains of credit-checks, personal and business details required by others. Prior to visiting Storex, I had visited numerous self-storage businesses in and around the Casey, Cardinia, and Dandenong areas with a variety of fees and requirements. Storex was the only company to offer 24 hour access, any day of the year, in a well lighted area. The best part was the location, between Abbots & Greens road, off Dandenong Valley highway and South Gippsland Highway. If you've used Eastlink or Princes highway, it's nestled inbetween. Before I considered the cost, I considered the accessibility, chance of theft/breakage, and existing communication with transport companies. Of those I polled rarely did Storex's competitors accept container sized deliveries, and if they did it was going to cost $150 per container, and $30 per day for container 'storage fees'. Having decided to use Storex based upon the professionalism, The cost of $15 was incurred for two days that the container was awaiting pickup. From memory this fee was waived as I emptied both within twenty-four hours (thanks to Cassandra who must have taken pity of me, having emptied the containers by myself) - I've already saved $360. If you've ever visited a self-storage facility, you'll know they are rarely staffed and most are unable to assist with billing questions, facilities, or quite frankly the business in general - employed to open and close the gate. During my duration both Cassandra & Bryan (arrived late 2013) ensured that I had access to what I needed, and without delay. As I had another container en-route from Florida, USA - I was going to require the facility to back the transport truck, direct loading into container via pallet jack, and lifted gate. Storex not only offered me what I requested but also offered their pallet-jack and cleaning accessories in order to assist my move our existing undercover containers to open ground containers (requested). During this time, my Son was born at Monash Medical Centre and I was unable to be at the premises the same morning as the delivery, Cassandra was made aware prior and directed the truck to the necessary container, ready for my arrival to open the container, minimizing any delays which allowed me a total turnover time of 30 minutes before heading back to the Hospital. If I had gone anywhere else, I'm certain it would have cost me a good $500 to get someone to arrange this service, a service that Storex offered as a matter of professionalism. During my tenancy, I stored not less than 1/4 million dollars worth of stock on their premises without a single bead of anxiety on my mind. The duration of my lease was twelve months, renting 2x 20' containers so suffice to say, the heat-waves of 2013, along with heavy rain kept my products dry. If you are looking for short-term or long-term storage, somewhere to park your B-Double, or somewhere to park your work-truck before driving home in your Camry, Storex is where you should be. Fun Note: 50c Cans of drink are available, along with coffee and (all hours) restroom facilities are available, try getting that elsewhere.

Found the site to be clean with no mud or dust blowing about. The staff were very helpful and friendly, not that we needed much help as the place is so easy to access at any time 7 days a week 24 hours a day. You can come in and add to your storage or remove things any time, no limit, We only needed short term hire and were able to extend month by month and when we were ready to move out Casandra was helpful and no pressure to stay longer. All I can say after using other storage places, in my opinion this one is the best I have come across

We have had our Caravan stored at STOREX in Dandenong for the last 2+ years and in that time we have not had a single incident with the van or it's contents. I was so happy to be told when we arrived of the care and commitment to security, including cameras, that when you trust a company with your treasured possessions that they will look after you. Our experience with STOREX in Dandenong was wonderful and the level of service is unmatched. Anytime we wanted to change anything they were more than happy to help. This great experience has led us to take out a container for storage and we are also very happy with the container. Our container is dry and clean and very secure and having access 24 x 7 was a bonus, also appreciate that we have a watchful eye on our things. We were welcomed with professional, knowledgeable sales assistance and a wonderful 3 month introductory special offer. The facilities are secure, the storage containers are brand new and squeeky clean. Overall, a fantastic experience!

When I moved to Singapore in 2012 I needed space for many household items which would not fit into smaller apartment style living. I did not know Storex Dandenong but I have been pleasently surprised. They provided an excellent customer service and great, safe, dry storgae conditions for my hard and soft furnishings. My son needed to access from time to time on weekends which was quick and easy and when I eventually moved my stuff out, Storex assisted with a helpful and easy temination and deposit refund. I would go out of my way to use them again as I have heard many horror stories about other Storage Companies.

It's nice to know that when you need storage - no matter what size and in a hurry, Storex Dandenong is there to help! Surprisingly affordable and very cost effective,I'd personally highly recommend Storex to anybody who needs "just that little bit more space" to store their valuables. Lock-tight security, 24 hour access with unique and individual pin codes, facilities on site, great customer service and most importantly - easy access to Dandenong and the greater metropolitan Melbourne area is why we continue to entrust our storage needs with Storex. We used the Storex facility for 6 months to store some excess inventory. The team at Storex where extremely helpful. From the container being delivered, unpacked and returned Cassandra monitored its progress so there was no interruption for my company and others that use the storage facility. We would highly recommend to other businesses that need short or even long term storage to consider Storex as a economical, safe and clean way to store just about anything

I used Storex for quite some time approx 15 months to store my V8 Commodore while I relocated to New Zealand for work. * Cassandra & CO were extremely helpful and trustworthy. Its not often you can trust a facility with your posessions knowing you will have to catch an international flight to check on your goods. *It is not often people are this honest, helpful, caring & genuine. * The storage units were clean, n tidy, however the remaining unit available to me was not quite large enough to house my V8, (it would of been a tight fit) so the team at storex went out of their way to house my car in their shed that was onsite. I thought this was incredibly accommodating of them to do so and charge me at the same rate as the original unit. * Cassandra is easily accessable via email, extremely prompt with all communications regarding payments, receipts etc. I had to converse with her on a number of occaisions & everytime she was more than helpful. Great people to deal with, and I highly recommend their services. * I arranged for a friend to collect my car from another state, while I remained in NZ, Cassandra and the team were extremely helpful in assisting with this, also ensuring the authenticity of the person collecting the car. Again, a huge thanks to you all at STOREX, I can not sing your praises anymore that I already have. I highly recommend using these facilities.
